Return & Refund Policy – Rovelle
At Rovelle, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is missing from the order
To be eligible for a return:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is required as proof
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn jewellery
- Items without original packaging
- Products returned without prior approval
- Change of mind or personal preference
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Unboxing video and product images
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
5. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Important Notes
- Returns without proper proof will not be accepted
- Refunds are processed only after quality check
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
